Happy Monday BOSLadies!

I’m trying something new - writing this letter over the weekend, neither pressed for time nor distracted, savoring the process, so that it can be sent out first thing Monday morning, starting the week with some positivity and community.

What did you do this weekend? Spend time on your hobbies? The Harvard Business Review recommends doing just that. (photo from the article, credit Tara Moore / Getty Images)

For those of us who have that one thing we just can’t start. Very much in line with Soukup’s profile of The Procrastinator from last month’s book. And who doesn’t love a little Voltaire on a Monday morning? From Alexandra, about embracing the fact that it's never going to be perfect

Two things from Mandy Waryasz:

1. The podcast Dress Codes, especially while we’re in the Sapians mindset. It is about “why we wear what we wear...It’s a good example of how we believe we have individual choice but we are always bound by the rules of the ever-present society and how the society attaches meanings to things that by themselves are just inanimate objects.”

2. Wrapping up with something beautiful and inspiring: 3D printed concrete columns. “not really BOSlady but still cool as hell. They remind me of art nouveau architecture. So gorgeous!”
